OT Sensory Assessment

- Discussion/ meeting with parent / carer.
- Discussion/ meeting with school / nursery (if required)
- Full assessment of sensory processing, motor skills and praxis.
- Comprehensive report with findings and recommendations.
- School observation can be carried out for an additional cost.
Assessments are bespoke according to child's needs
Informal Sensory Assessment

- Observation in setting
- Discussion/meeting with parent and school/ nursery to discuss concerns
- Sensory Profile Assessment
- Summary report with recommendations / advice
One-to-One sessions
£85-£90 per hour
(plus travel time and mileage)
- Following an assessment, direct one-to-one sessions may be recommended. Sessions are 45 minutes with the other 15 minutes allocated for note writing/planning.
- Indirect case work (report writing, emails, liaising with professionals/schools etc) will also be charged at the above hourly rate.
